Youth Mentoring

Supporting children aged 5 to 18 to navigate challenges and unlock their potential.

What is Youth Mentoring?

Youth mentoring involves pairing young people with supportive adult mentors.  The mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help them navigate challenges, achieve their goals, and realise their potential.

It aims to empower young people, build resilience, and foster positive relationships that contribute to their overall well-being and success.

Who is Youth Mentoring For?

This service supports children aged 5 – 18 who have been through difficult or traumatic experiences.

The focus of youth mentoring may vary depending on the age, needs, and interests of the young person, however common areas of support include education, career development, personal growth, and social skills.
